Products and prices

All prices are shown in the product profiles. Our products include Value Added Tax (VAT). Tax breakdown is shown in the shopping cart and order confirmation. It is possible for customers outside of European Union to order items without VAT. Also companies inside European Union with a valid VAT number can order items without VAT.

Shipping costs

Packaging and shipping rates will depend on the chosen delivery method, the total worth of the order, weight of the product and the size of the package. Shipping costs are automatically added to the order total. The delivery of the order is free inside Finland, if the total cost of the items in the shopping cart exceeds 100 €. European Hockey Service Oy has the right to change the product prices and delivery charges.

Order processing

We process your orders as soon as possible, usually within one business day after the order has been placed. If any of your ordered goods is out of stock or processing of your order will be delayed, we will inform a customer about it as soon as possible. NB! Order is created and processed only after successful payment transaction.

Shipping methods

We deliver the ordered goods to almost every country of the world and all parts of Finland. It is possible to order items directly from our webstore to most of the countries. All delivery methods are not available for every country. Customer can choose the delivery method from the following options:

Basic letter: This delivery method is available only in Finland for the small items that can fit into basic envelope. The basic letter is delivered directly into receivers mailbox. If the letter is too big to be delivered into a mailbox, the letter will be delivered to the nearest postoffice of the receiver. The estimated delivery time is 4 working days (Tuesday is not counted into the delivery time as mail is not distributed on tuesdays.) Basic letter does not have a tracking code.

International Economy Letter: This delivery method is available only for countries outside of Europe and for the small items that can fit into basic letter envelope. The basic letter is delivered directly into receivers mailbox. If the letter is too big to be delivered into a mailbox, the letter will be delivered to the nearest postoffice of the receiver. The estimated delivery time to countries outside of Europe is: Big cities of the world starting from 12 working days, other destinations: no estimation. This delivery method does not have a tracking code. ​

Europe Priority Letter: This delivery method is available only for European countries for the small items that can fit into basic letter envelope. The basic letter is delivered directly into receivers mailbox. If the letter is too big to be delivered into a mailbox, the letter will be delivered to the nearest postoffice of the receiver. The estimated delivery time is: Nordic countries and Central Europe 3-6 working days, rest of Europe 4-7 working days. This delivery method does not have a tracking code. ​

Retrieve your goods from the selected Postoffice in Finland: You will be notified by text message or e-mail when the package has arrived to your selected office of “Posti” or Smartpost parcel locker.

Home delivery by Postoffice of Finland (Posti): Home delivery by postoffice of Finland.Smaller items are delivered to the desired address. For larger items suitable for delivery, Posti will contact you in advance, for deciding the time of delivery.

International delivery of items to doorstep or nearest Postoffice (Priority or Parcel Connect): You will be notified by text message or e-mail when the package has arrived to your nearest postoffice. This delivery method is available for almost all countries.

International home delivery by postoffice of Finland (EMS): Order is delivered to the desired address. This delivery method is available for all almost countries.

Retrieve your goods from the selected “Matkahuolto” in Finland: Your order will be delivered to your selected office of “Matkahuolto” pick-up point. You get a text message or e-mail as soon as the order is ready for pickup.

Home delivery by “Matkahuolto” in Finland: Home delivery by “Matkahuolto”. Goods are delivered on weekdays.

NB! Not all shipping methods are available for all the product categories.

Return policy and order cancellations

All orders from the webstore have 14 day money back guarantee. Returning of the products inside Finland is free for our customers, if total value of the order remaining in the hands of the customer is more than 100€. In other case we will charge 6,90€ as shipping and handling costs. For product returns from outside of Finland, the customer pays for the costs that incurred for the returning of the product.

The return policy does not apply to products that are associated with personal hygiene of the customer (for example socks and bottles). Returned products must be unused, unchanged and in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer. The packaging of the returned product must be unbroken. Any labels and price tags attached to the product itself or the packaging must remain intact. Before returning the product it must be packed carefully, so the product or the product packaging will not become damaged during the shipping. We recommend using the same packaging in which the product was originally delivered. NB! Do not attach stickers or other notes directly to the product packaging. Failure to follow the return policy will result in voiding the money back guarantee.

Before sending the ordered items back to the merchant it is required to notify the merchant about it in writing. Notice can be written by e-mail to: info@unlmtd.com or by filling: order cancellation form. The returned products must be unused and unchanged.

Returning of the products in Finland can be done by using Posti or Matkahuolto.

Returning through Posti in Finland can be accomplished by taking the package to the nearest Posti postoffice and asking Posti to send the package to European Hockey Service Oy as a customer return “asiakaspalautus”. Starting from 01.10.2018 Posti requires the sender to know a specific return code for the package that is being returned.

NB! Please store the receipt from Posti for the customer return as long as you receive your payment back for the returned products.

Returning the package by Matkahuolto can be accomplished by taking the package to to the nearest Matkahuolto office and announce the return code for free package return to the merchant. Please ask for the return code from our team by email:

NB! Please store the receipt from Matkahuolto for the customer return as long as you receive your payment back for the returned products.

Payment for the returned products is returned as soon as possible primarily using the same payment method through which the customer has originally paid for the product. Returning of the payment by bank transfer can be possible in the occasion when return of the payment is not possible using the same payment method that the customer has used.

NB! Considering the order returns inside Finland: If all or part of the products are returned and total value of the order remaining in the hands of the customer will be less than 100€, we will charge 6,90€ as shipping and handling costs.

For orders outside of Finland the customer pays for the costs that incurred for the returning of the productc. Product returns should be sent to the merchant address:

Returning of the product from outside of Finland can be accomplished with the chosen delivery method by the customer to our door or to the Postoffice or office of “Matkahuolto” nearest to us. Returning the product to our nearest Smartpost parcel locker is also possible. NB! We do not accept parcels that have the delivery costs unpaid.

Faulty or damaged item

If the delivered product is faulty or damaged, you can notify the merchant about it by sending an e-mail to:

Flawless product will be sent to customer to replace the faulty product. If sending new product to replace the faulty product is not possible, it may be the case for the price reduction for the faulty product or complete cancellation of the transaction and money refund. For a money refund, we may need your bank account number.
